An object that unites two traditions: Piedmontese bagna càuda and Carrara marble.
Every winter my grandmother prepared bagna càuda, a hot dish against the cold of Turin, with anchovies that came from the salt road, where land meets sea. The food of the poor, of those who break their backs in the fields. Between Piedmont and Tuscany, the hands of the last are the same.
